Born and bred in Oklahoma, United States – this explains my strange attraction to tornadoes and severe weather.

I’ve always enjoyed exploring the art and science in things, whether its system design, new technologies, woodworking, gardening, art or other people – finding the beauty from raw materials resonates deep within my core.

I’m finishing up my career with the U.S. Department of Defense, where I’ve had many great experiences, was a part of many great things and got to meet many exceptional people of all shapes and sizes.

My wife and I have been happily married since 1848, and I’m Abuelo to 6 (soon 7) grandchildren, 3 daughters and many small dogs that seem to have the destructive power of an F5 tornado.
